A gifted and engaging teacher, Jana completed her baccalaureate degree in elementary education from the University of Memphis and a Master’s degree in educational theory and practice from Arkansas State University. In 2016, her passion for and excellence in conveying knowledge to children was recognized, as she was selected as the Teacher of the Year for the Dyer County school district.
Jana serves the Arlington United congregation by leading worship, teaching children, and facilitating ladies’ Bible study groups.
She enjoys trailing after the two little Jackson boys, Jude and Bennett, and helping to look after the grown-up ones, Clay and Wes.
